Description: I bought this set direct from Lego several years ago & it’s been in storage for most of that time. Pictures are of the set you will receive. Vintage, New in sealed box. Box is in VG+ condition. Package has clean corners, with bottom left corner slightly bumped on the back of the box . Very minor scuffing & rubbing in spots on some of the edges. See photos. NOTE: this set is in one of the factory-glued boxes, where you’re supposed to punch in the perfs on one end to open the box. The Lego Discovery: Mission to Mars was released in 2003.The set includes 3 builds, a Mars Exploration Rover with movable drill and radar units, a Mars Odyssey Orbiter with adjustable solar panels, and a Delta Launch Vehicle that includes a launch pad and launch tower. The Lego Discovery theme focused on accurate depictions of real space vehicles. Although the box art features the Discovery Kids Channnel, it appears that there were no actual tie-ins to content on the channel.
