Description: There are numerous issues with this set. Please read the "Issues With This Set" section carefully and see the images and video. Summary This listing is for LEGO set 6393, Big-Rig Truck Stop. The instructions are included. See the video to see each page of the instructions. Parts of them are ripped, folded and dirty. There is no box. I am the original owner of this set. I still have over 150 LEGO sets that I have built that have not yet been listed. It's a slow process filming and inventorying each one. Video A YouTube video of the set I am selling is here (9:34 in length): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zL6R8Vv9RbE The chapter times in the YouTube video description help to point out some of the issues in case you want to revisit some. Issues With This Set The following is a list of issues with this set. The glass on one window is heavily damaged. ("White Window 1 x 4 x 5 with Fixed Glass") It's hard to see well in the picture, so please review the video. (8:08 into the video) There are other scratches on the other windows, but that one window has the most significant issues. They are also somewhat cloudy. The ninth picture also has an image of the smaller window I forgot to photograph separately. It has a lot of scratches too. The top piece of the jack is extremely discolored. This has been an issue in every set where I have jacks. ("Blue Minifigure, Utensil Jack") The instructions are dirty. You can see each page in the video. All of the center pages of the instructions, other than the first and last page, are half ripped out. There are some rips and folds on some pages. There are some scratches on the base platforms. (6:18 into the video) The torso of one of the minifigures, "Overalls Blue with Pocket, Blue Legs, Blue Cap", is scratched. (8:55 into the video) A little over half of the tires have rims that are somewhat disfigured. They still work. (6:54 into the video) Aside from what is noted above, the rest of the pieces are complete according to BrickLink's part list: https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?S=6393-1#T=I Shipping Information About This Item The set has been packed in a single USPS Priority Mail Medium Flat Rate Box. The side-loading version of this box will be used. The box is about half full. To ship a USPS Priority Mail Medium Flat Rate Box through eBay, it costs $14.38 for the discounted USPS rate through eBay. eBay charges a final value fee of 13.25% + $0.30. (starting March 15th, 2024 that goes up to $0.40) That percentage is also charged on shipping. 13.25% of $14.38 is $1.91. Therefore, for this part of the shipping it will cost me $16.29. ($14.38 + $1.91) This is included in the selling price. I will purchase and pay for the USPS shipping insurance for this item. General Shipping Information About My Listings That Applies To USPS Priority Mail Packages I only ship to the contiguous U.S. I do not ship to P.O. boxes as I don't want to risk the package being returned. $100 of insurance is automatically covered for a USPS Priority Mail package. For the price of any listing that ends above $100, I might purchase extra USPS insurance. The price for $100.01 to $199.99 of USPS insurance is $4.60. I will definitely not buy extra insurance if it is under that. Since I could claim $100 without buying extra insurance, if a listing is close to that amount, I might not purchase extra insurance. Insurance is complicated. eBay's ShipCover insurance doesn't seem to refund postage, but USPS might. I don't know if the USPS' $100 of automatic insurance includes the postage in that or not, meaning an item listing that had shipping listed separately that cost $100 would be refunded in full plus the cost of postage, or if the item cost plus postage must be under $100. Because eBay doesn't allow you to buy insurance to cover the cost of shipping when the cost is separate, I will likely often add postage into the price of a listing if it is over $100. With some exceptions, I will consider an item lost if after three weeks from the date I mailed it, delivery has not occurred. The exceptions are that if delivery was attempted and you weren't there or your mail is held at the post office for example and you did not pick the package up in time. In those cases, the package is not lost and may be returned to me. If I were required to then pay postage again, your original postage would not be refunded and you would have to pay the postage price again. If you were to then want to cancel the transaction, only part of your money would be refunded. You would not receive any associated shipping costs back and there might be a small amount of additional cost that might be deducted if there are payment processing fees of some kind involved. I will deduct the shipping costs I noted, including insurance costs and eBay's final value fee on those costs, in that case. For a shipment that is actually lost, I'll deal with the USPS for the lost package and the money you paid, in full, will be refunded. If a box is damaged in transit, the buyer agrees to take pictures of the box before opening it, making sure to get pictures of the damaged box. If the item was damaged during shipping, the buyer agrees to take pictures of the damaged item. The buyer agrees to send those pictures to me as soon as possible and agrees to hold on to the item in case it needs to be reviewed for insurance purposes. This will allow me to provide those pictures to the USPS and/or eBay, and the pictures I have previously taken of an item, as well as photos of the shipping box the item goes out in after I add a shipping label to it, for them to compare the before and after photos to see what the shipping process did to the box and item. Due to the complexity involved in having multiple items from different item listings in the same box, I don't allow combining items from multiple listings to save you money on shipping. If you buy more than one item, you need to pay the shipping costs associated with the listing, whether they are separate or included in the price of the listing. I can't insure a box for more than what the highest item sold for, so it wouldn't be possible to insure items for multiple listings in one box. If something happened, I would have to claim that I shipped multiple things in the same box, for which there would be no public record, just an agreement we would make. That might mean I wouldn't be able to be reimbursed by insurance in full. Additionally, it might make my costs go up in some cases. If an item is under $100, insurance is included up to that amount automatically. If I were to combine things, it might mean I would be more easily above that amount and might then need to purchase insurance I would not have otherwise needed. For these reasons, I don't allow combining items. While I don't allow combining multiple listings to ship in lesser shipments, you can contact me if you would like to buy multiple items. In some cases, I might temporarily increase the price of the items you want to buy and instead list a special listing with just those items, determining how many boxes they could fit in. Due to how easy it is, I only use USPS Priority Mail flat rate boxes unless otherwise noted. Even when combining items, I will not use another type of box unless one of the items you buy was originally going to need to be shipped in a different box. I have a lot of smaller Lego sets and I have yet to decide how I am best going to sell them. Some items I sell might already be grouped together. Because I don't want to accidentally mix up things, there may be a lot of cases where I don't want to combine items to see how many boxes they could fit in. Because I might need to buy extra insurance, there might be extra costs associated with that. Other eBay often matches a listing to a general product listing that they include at the bottom of a listing page. The reviews that may appear below, in the "Product ratings and reviews" section, apply to the product in general, and not this specific listing. Unfortunately, I can't remove that section when it appears. If they mention anything else, such as a box for example, please be aware that you will not be getting that. For the buyer's privacy, this item is listed as a private listing.
