Or have the freight carrier deliver the item to your home. You will need to use the truck's lift gate to lower the item to the ground. Freight companies charge a separate fee for this service so please let us know if you do or do not require a lift gate on delivery. If an item sent via freight is crated, please uncrate it and inspect it before you sign the Bill of Lading. Any damages must be documented on the Bill of Lading the driver asks you to sign before he or she departs your location or before you leave a freight terminal with your item. If there is any damage, it must be indicated on the Bill of Lading. If you do not examine the merchandise and you sign for it, you will NOT be able to file a claim or hold the shipper responsible. Freight companies are able to deny millions of dollars in damages because items were not inspected at the time of delivery and were not marked as "damaged" on the Bill of Lading. Keep in mind that a driver is obligated to wait while you inspect your item. If he or she tries to rush you or you are in any way unhappy with the delivery, ask to speak to his or her dispatcher. You may also contact us for assistance. Inside delivery: Unless you pay for and make arrangements to have the freight company bring your item(s) inside, they will not do it. Freight deliveries are sidewalk/curbside only. You must have the tools and manpower to uncrate your item and bring it inside. The driver is not required to provide any tools or assistance. Our items do not come with warranties: We cannot warranty items/equipment. Warranties are only available from the manufacturer on new equipment for a limited time. If you prefer a warranty, we suggest you pay the higher cost for new equipment. We test every piece we are capable of prior to sending it out. We have tested this item as indicated in the listing, but please be aware we are selling this item ‘AS IS’ and make no claims to the functionality of the item once it leaves our facility.
