You'll also receive "Latvia: Economic Resources and Capacities," a 112 page, 6"x9" softcover written by Ludvigs Ekis and published in 1943 by The Press Bureau of the Latvian Legation (Washington, DC). Ekis was the former Finance Minister of Latvia, forced into exile by the Soviet occupation. It's in good condition, with creased spine, creased and chipped corners, small tears and loss at the spine ends, cover discoloration. Pages 101-112 are bent at the top corner, while the first half of the book is a bit bent at the bottom corner. The interior is age-toned, but unmarked.
