Could not find a date but assuming to be after 1850 given the preface dates. Pages are aged,I did find 1 page that is missing a corner, cover is dirty, binding is decent and overall is in decent condition given its age. Last Days of Pompeii- condition is not great, is missing a few pages in the front after title page, binding is coming apart, and there are homes in the pages(almost like a work east is easy into the book, see pictures).
