Description: This house is wood. It is 37" in length. 21" Wide and 27.5" in height. The porch is 5" wide. It is a 6 room house with staircase. Top left room is 15" X 11", Top middle room is 15" X 8" plus staircase. Top right room is 15" X 13". The bottom left room is 15" X 13". The bottom middle room is 15" X 6.5" plus staircase. The bottom right room is 15" X 13". Ceiling to floor in each room is 9". This house is a fixer upper. The windows need to be cleaned up. The roof is missing shingles but I have half a bag of them included. The chimney needs work on the outside. There is a broken spindle on the staircase. The front door needs to be put up. You can leave as it is or it can be a nice project by putting paint, wallpaper, carpet, electric. It's all up to you. It comes with all the accessories that is in the photos. See photos.
