Description: Stunning work of art in needlepoint and petti point depicting an elephant and a ram. There are so many fine details and the depth that is created through the use of silk threads just amazes me. It’s truly a work of art. The needlepoint itself is in excellent condition, as is the velvet pillow. Part of the fringe is loose and has started to unattach from the pillow. Upon closer inspection, parts of the fringe are shorter. Not sure if they’re from wear or if they were removed. The new owner may want to replace the fringe so I am not going to try to alter it in any way. This is a rare vintage pillow. The ones that look like this don’t come along very often.
