Description: Simply beautiful French Style Tapestry. Beautiful tapestry has a man on horse and a lady walking with her sheep! Hill or Mountain scene in background. 27”W x 35” L not counting loops for hanging. It has a soft olive green velvet trim & loops, hand finished with satin backing in Carmel color. Hand stitched backing. Velvet trim I believe is also hand stitched. Very well done and in remarkable condition. Free of odors and non smoking home. This is my 98 year old mothers. I am unsure of age, do not think it’s considered antique but just unsure. Heavy tapestry material. No rips, stains or loose threads. Was mainly stored. Along the velvet trim it has a knotted thread like trim. Looks like needle point in a way where they knot the thread but could be wrong.
