Featured is an oval marbled topaz color bakelite base with a finely detailed celluloid cameo inset. Gorgeous brooch is in excellent vintage condition, with no chips, cracks or damage. It is tested with Simichrome and guaranteed bakelite. Surface of the back is smooth, the fine lines seen are on the interior side of bakelite oval, probably created when manufactured to make the cameo inset secure when attached.
