Description: Antique Victorian picture frame with convex / bubble glass, 21" x 18.5". The painting on this frame reminds me of old frames I've seen with ruched velvet or other fabric, so maybe it's faux ruching? It is so Victorian and so unique. It does have a few bumps and bruises consistent with its age (see pictures). I have another frame just like this, which I'll be listing separately.
