Some light browning and staining due to age and wear and tear. Small dings and nicks here and there mostly impacting boarder area. Some small rips on the edges not affecting map. Some small rips along the edges not affecting map. On the back is an index of British Columbia. Copy of title page(as pictured) not included but a copy can be shipped if requested.
