The bubble is in excellent condition, but seems to have a slight tint to it. The card is not mint with several issues including, a torn piece of the hangtag and corner wear. Priority Mail now includes free insurance for up to $50. If an item’s sale price is higher and the buyer wants it insured for the full price they are responsible for the fee.
