Description: Picked this up up with some other vintage luthier supplies , appears to be a 8 string lap steel , from unknown builder or kit ,missing parts . Fairly quality wood and build . Definitely Old , would guess over 50 years old from wear and Patina (see pics) . has 8 numbered saddles or bender pieces (see pics ),routing for electronics ? or Levers ? .Looks to be a 2 piece body ,darker unknown wood ,kind of looks like mahogany or walnut ? This might be a cool build for someone that knows about these .Anyway what you see is what you get sold as/is Project .
