HOW TO PREPARE LAKSA SARAWAK (RECIPE) Ingredients:1 pack of Haji Manan Laksa Sarawak paste 300 gram prawn, 1/2 medium piece chicken breast meat1 pack rice vermicelli 200 gram bean sprout250 ml thick coconut milk3 eggs (omelette)3 limesshrimp paste6 red chillicoriander leaves How cook: PREPARATION OF NOODLE SAUCE: Skin/shrimp headsare peeled and boiled with lemongrass in 1.5 liters of water. Drain the waterand add the laksa seasoning and stir using a slow flame. Add coconut milkessence, seasonings and salt to taste. Turn off the heat when boiling.
