Lafayette Clarinet w/ Case. Made in France. Vintage. Repair Project

Description: Travel back in time with this Lafayette clarinet. The serial number stamped on the back of the lower joint is G1920. It says Made in France on the back of the upper joint. Lafayette Paris is stamped on the front of the upper joint and the bell. H. Bettoney, Boston, USA is stamped on the front of the lower joint. Some it's a working mix of two instruments. Cosmetically, it looks pretty good. There is finish wear on the key mechanisms due to age and play wear. Functionally, the key mechanisms work. The pads are either worn down or missing. There is no cork on the lower joint that connects to the bell. So, it's a repair project. It comes with a Selmer ligature and plastic mouthpiece cap. It also comes with cork grease. It come in a hard case. The handle, latches, and hinges all work. Questions? It will be well packed with plenty of new 1/2" bubble wrap and shipped in a new 18"x19"x7" stout cardboard instrument box.
