Description: Item Description A black sleeveless cocktail dress with foam-padded hips designed by Elena Slivnyak and worn by Lady Gaga to her Fame fragrance launch party at Harrods department store in London on 7th October 2012. The skirt has foam pads attached to the interior lining. There are zips to the back with a small keyhole opening in the lower back. The dress is accompanied by a signed letter of authenticity from Inessa Shak, president of Style Public Relations LLC, stating that Lady Gaga wore the dress at the launch party. The condition is excellent. Provenance: was previously sold in Juliens Music Icons sale held in Beverly Hills, June 2021.
