Description: HAND MADE KYDEX SHEATH Hand made by me to fit the Cold Steel Kobun CS17T that is 9.75" overall with 5.375" AUS-8A stainless blade. NOTE: The Kobun has a soft rubber guard and handle that will wear from the pressure of the tightly fitting kydex. You may find that you will need to adjust the fit at the top as your knife may not be exactly like mine in this area. Very carefully insert and remove the knife to check for fit so you won't damage the handle. .080 Gray Boltaron (kydex) Includes DOTS Brand Combat Clip for RH or LH carry on up to 1 3/4" belt. Push button to open, slide button to lock or unlock. 3/4" eyelet spacing would allow you to substitute your own compatible clip. For replacement of the sheath that comes with the knife. You may want to use this sheath in the outdoors and keep the original sheath pristine. Or maybe the dog ate your original sheath.... Pictures are of the sheath you will receive so look carefully. The sheath only fits this particular model. As is normal with Kydex, you may need to gently heat the throat and adjust the fit of the handle as your knife may be more or less worn than the one that I used for a form. NOTE: you are buying one sheath. Knife is NOT included. Please note that belt clips including Tek-Lok, Dots-Lok and G-Clip are all mounted behind the blade and will cause the sheath to ride high. Be sure and take a look at the back of the sheath in the pictures.... NOTE: Kydex is a hard material and is most commonly used for outdoor use. It is very likely to leave marks on the blade or handle of the knife so don't use it on a new knife that you are trying to keep pristine.
