Each piece that bears these three initials is indeed a unique product from the 250 year-old factory. To this day, the factory continues to produce the finest porcelain articles almost exclusively by hand. Among the traditional manufacturing methods that are still used is the free-hand porcelain painting which adorns the KPM plates, cups and vases. The KPM dinnerware is famous for its classic lines. The well-known "Kurland" dinner service is one of the most striking examples: shapes popular in ancient times are combined with details such as ornamental garlands and pearled rims on the plates and cups. The historically precise reproduction of the dinnerware is what makes it so special.This piece has no damages.
