This is a genuine Kohler factory lid. There are now 1.6 and 1.28 gpf. Memoirs models with slightly different dimensions on the lids. This lid is for tanks that are approx. 16 3/8" x 7 3/4 wide at the outside. The top of the is wider than the bottom due to the terraced effect. That is 18 7/8 x 8 7/8. Your measurements should be withing 1/8" of that since no two lids are identical due to the manufacturing process of a clay product.
