Description: Klaussner Couch Sleeper purchased in 2001 and still possessed by original owner. Sofa is in excellent shape, some minor blemishes and pen marks but no major scuffs or cuts. Cushions remain as firm and buoyant as when first purchased. Fold-out bed is usable (our 15-year-old sleeps on it now) but could use some repairs to the mattress frame. Perfect for someone who likes fix-it jobs, or who doesn't use the bed that often. Fold-out mattress is 72" x 52" x 5". Couch must be walked down 7 flights of stairs since it is too large for the building elevator. Definitely a two-person job.
