Description: This is KISS OF RAIN Lover / Can't Get My Mind off My Music 45 RECORD RARE PRIVATE 70s Rock by this group that originally started out as a Garage Rock band out of Minneapolis known as The Bowery Boys, Pure Honey & Zachary. The band eventually changed their name to KISS OF RAIN after they came back from Vietnam and put out their one and only 45 record on the bands own label called CLOUD Records that was released in 1975 right before they broke up for good. The track "Lover" has a cool melodic 70s rock sound. There were only 1000 of these pressed and most were given to family members, few survive today!! It was a low budget pressing and it is pressed on vinylacetylene, which has more of a plastic feel to it. The "Lover" side, which is side 2, is pretty clean VG to VG+. The flip side, though, has a few scratches that I can feel which will tick or skip in spots depending upon your needle. Still, this is a very rare record and perhaps first time offered on Ebay and maybe the last as few of these still survive today!!Don't miss your chance to pick it up!!Make sure to check out my other auctions for more great records!!
