Description: Here offered is an excellent specimen featuring both duftite and mottramite crystals in a large vug that was oxidized and the minerals were later deposited there. This came from Point 14, a quarry on a hill in a series of quarries that quarried marble. The marble was cross-cut by quartz veins loaded with a variety of wonderful minerals from silver to copper to bismuth secondaries and more more. To have the exact quarry designated is quite rare. This was collected in March of 1998. Nowadays, the quarries are long gone, reclaimed and landscaped so such finds are no longer possible. These pieces are only offered when someone offers specimens that were collected years ago. Great piece to look at under the 'scope'. 4.5x5.5x2.5 cm
