Description: This is a used Kenwood TK-760G VHF Mobile Radio, the 25 watt version, 125 channels with scan. Can be programmed for Narrow or Wide Band on a channel by channel basis. This is a bit of a rare bird as it is a Range 2 radio, meaning it is a 136-162 mhz radio. Quite adequate for all the VHF business and emergency frequencies in the 150 mhz range as well as the 140 mhz FM Amateur radio channels. It will also go above 162 mhz for 5 mhz or so. Make great radios for accessing your local repeaters and simplex channels. Great for business band, public safety, and MURS as well. Has an 8 character alphanumeric display so you can use channel names rather than just numbers. This is a used radio, but guaranteed to be working on arrival. Comes with microphone and power cable.
