Kawasaki VN1500 VN1600 Mean Streak 12.25" Short Chrome Bobber Shocks

Description: PLEASE NOTE! THIS SET OF SHOCKS WILL SIGNIFICANTLY LOWER THE MOTORCYCLE. IF THE MOTORCYCLE HAS BEEN ALTERED FROM STOCK, SUCH AS EXHAUST SYSTEM, REAR TIRE OR FENDER , IT IS THE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY TO DETERMINE IF THIS LENGTH IS APPROPRIATE FOR THEIR APPLICATION. These are new motorcycle rear shock absorbers. The free length from eye to eye is 12.25" which is 1.25" shorter than the original 13.5" shocks. This will lower the seat height allowing for better footing and improved handling. They have chrome bodies with dual chrome springs. The lower spring is wound tighter than the upper spring which provides a progressive resistance. The springs have 5 tension adjustment positions. The spring adjuster tool is also provided. The required grommets and metal bushings are preinstalled for ease of installation. These shocks are ready to install as they are and require no further modification. PRICE INCLUDES BOTH SHOCKS.
