Our front sprockets are CNC machined from high tensile steel and case hardened to resist wear. Some sprockets feature lightening holes on selected models, but only when durability will not be affected. JT steel rear sprockets are made from high quality heat induction hardened high-carbon steel. They are designed, developed and tested in the UK, Europe and USA to meet or exceed all of today's OEM quality standards. These sprockets are designed to outlast their aluminium competitors.
