Description: KATHERINE CORNELL (Dec'd 1974) HAND SIGNED LETTER TO CHARLES FORSYTHE (Dec'd) This letter/note/card was obtained from the estate sale of Charles Forsythe, Broadway and theatre actor, Stage Manager, Producer and Director from the 1950's to the 1980's. The correspondences are from actors/actresses, producers, and directors of film, TV and stage. She was one of the three actresses to win the first Tony Award in 1937. She is one of the original members elected into the American Theatre Hall of Fame in 1972. This is a letter she sent to Forsythe in 1960, while she was on the road touring with a theatrical production. It is dated February 26, 1960 and in it she thanks him for remembering her birthday.
