If you do not have a laptop and simply wish to use a newer smart tv to do karaoke, there are ways to do that too, or a smart phone, or even using chromecast. SHIP RATES: Because we customize everything. It actually cost us more than most others that just do off the shelf items. Even down to the shipping cost we incur. There are NO refunds on any ship cost due to the simple fact that we do not own ups/fedex/etc. They charge us to ship it to you and once paid, we cannot receive a refund hence the simple reason why we cannot refund ship fees. Even if it says free ship, it is NOT free shipping to us. If there is a return, you only receive the product price minus ship fees & restocking fees.PROCESSING TIME FRAME: Please allow 7-14 business days for us to process, setup, test, repack this custom order. WHAT IF YOU WANT TO RETURN SOMETHING FOR AN EXCHANGE?We know 99% of the internet is filled with ROBOTS these days. They don't communicate, they just ship it and hope to god you don't contact them. The replacement will be shipped regular ground. If you were buying this for a certain function and need it expedited, you will need to pay the additional ship charges to do this. RESTOCKING FEES: Because everything we do is custom, all auctions are custom orders. You have 14 business days to return for partial refund / 3 days on all custom systems. The reality for a small family owned company is that we don't have millions of dollars like the big box stores, we CANNOT AFFORD to pay for people to try things out and then just return. 10-15% restocking fee on smaller items. 25% restocking on all customized systems. No refunds on any shipping fees as once we pay shippers, it is impossible for us to retrieve the money. Holidays, weekends, special calendar events DO NOT count as a business day. REMEMBER: 95% of the time we get it out sooner regardless.
