He attended Private Designed Classes earlier in his life and later attended Bombay School of Fine Arts. He moved to London in 1946 and continued his study by attending Slade School of Art of the University College. He began his first exhibition on 1953 and it was a great success. He received many recognition and his works now feature all across the world in many different collections.
