The 2.4Ghz (2400mhz free) frequency range allows for an impressive 20m distance between transmitter and receiver, making it useful for both home/studio use and also performance. The transmission signal has a very high rate of 48K/16 bit audio resolution. With over 8 hours of constant use when fully charged, the rechargeable lithium battery can be relied on. A low battery level indicator gives you plenty of warning to charge up with USB.
