Description: Vintage Jos Middleby Stoneware Jug Beautiful antique stoneware jug with paper label on front and (partial on back) from Jos Middleby Jr Inc, Boston Mass. I am estimating that this is early 1900's. The jug is stamped RCP Co. Akron Ohio on bottom. Measurements: 12" tall See photos for details. Condition: Good vintage condition. There are a few small chips in the mouth of the jug. One small chip on the base above the letter "A" in Akron. There is only a little of the label on the back, some pieces of label torn on front. remains of some adhesive label on front of jug. Some scratches and worn paint consistent with age.
