It has a number of rips, tears and creases along the edge and corners including top and bottom of spine. The front panel is price clipped and there is a piece cut out of the bottom of the front panel. (Please view photos) The hardcover itself is in ‘good’ condition. There is edge wear at the top and bottom of spine and the edges themselves. The four corners have wear but not too bad with ‘blunting’ though. The spine itself is still in strong shape. Interior pages: The very first blank white end-paper page in missing. But the interior pages are in excellent condition. No writing, rips, tears or dog eared pages. Off-white. There is a section in the middle of black & white photos of Sargent’s work. Don’t often find First Editions with Dust Jacket. Please view photos.
