The pattern on the tumbler is Fleur De' Lis. This is a reproduction of the Royal Glass Works pattern. I have seen that many people are saying these were made by McKee Glass, but the book " A Guide To Reproductions of Greentown Glass", stats that this pattern was produced by St. Clair and Boyd. Boyd only produced a wine goblet for the Greentown Glass Museum in 1996. The mould was purchased by Summit, however, Summit never produced items in this pattern.
