Description: Original JOAN MIRÓ lithograph Oiseau solaire, oiseau lunaire, etincelles (Solar Bird, Lunar Bird, Sparks), published 1967. This is an original Maeght 27" x 12" three panel lithograph fresh from a local New England estate. This work is taken from Revue XXe Siecle Volume 28 with two vertical fold marks (as issued). This is a VG example, with a 3" tear to the lower first fold, with a shorter 1" tear to second fold; the lower right hand corner is chipped away (see photo). In addition, there are two dents: one to the first panel and one to the second panel (see photos) with a 1" closed tear to top edge of the third panel, light soiling to verso and some minor staining to lower margins, but a sound example overall, ready for framing and display.
