Full trench details include front half flap, back full flap, epaulettes, cuff belts, belt, 2 inside pockets, 2 large side pockets and a back vent. It's basically double breasted but buttons are hidden. Size 48. Tiny repair shown in last photo and another repair on top of left lapel. Otherwise - this is a fabulous Jil Sander Italian made men's trench. **Although label says do not dry clean - it can be dry cleaned.
