It was signed in the early '60s when Mr. Clutch was still a young baller out of West Virginia and just beginning his spectacular career, which makes it a much rarer card compared to the more recently signed copies out there. Signed in blue ballpoint, there is a very good chance that it was actually penned in the 1961-62 NBA season. Card is graded PSA 4 Very-good/Excelllent condition, no creases.
