Description: Clarion 10-inch 78 RPM record # 5353-C is "Just One More Chance" and "Makin' Faces at the Man in the Moon" by Jerry Fenwyck and His Orchestra. Both sides are considered "hot" enough for inclusion in Brian Rust's iconic Hot Jazz Discography, but with the clarification that Jerry Fenwyck is a pseudonym for Ben Selvin. Rust gives both sides a recording date of June 18, 1931, with band members including Benny Goodman and Tommy Dorsey, and possibly also Bunny Berigan. The vocalist on both sides is identified as Dick Robertson. Both sides are still nice and shiny, but with some light scuffs and scratches. On my Audio-Technica turntable, both sides play through without jumping or repeating, and mostly with typical and tolerable background noise, but some scattered pops and clicks and ticking.
