Description: Jazz At Jazz Ltd LP Record Album Vinyl Hal Carnes Atantic 1338 Comments :-) LP Album Grading: All records are play graded. Play grading provides a more accurate grade. The visual grade will usually be in line with the play grade. Grading scale: Mint: Sealed record or perfect cover. Sealed records might play grade lower once played. Near Mint (NM): A NM record will play dead quiet in the blank bands of the record, e.g. lead in, in between tracks, and run out. There will be no audible imperfections in the tracks. Very few records play grade at near mint. The record will be near perfect visually with no obvious visual imperfections. The NM sleeve will not have any obvious imperfections. My grading results in approximately 2% NM grade. Very Good Plus (VG+): A VG+ record will play very quiet in the blank bands of the record, e.g. lead in, in between tracks, and run out. A VG+ record might have detectable surface noise intermittently in the blank bands. There will be no audible imperfections in the tracks. The VG+ record might have very minor visual imperfections detectable under high powered light. Mainly, sleeve marks. The VG+ sleeve will look as a NM with a few noticeable imperfections. My grading results in approximately 30% VG+ grade. Very Good (VG): A VG record will play with surface noise in the blank bands of the record, e.g. lead in, in between tracks, and run out. There will be audible imperfections in the tracks that do not distract from the music. Mainly, intermittent surface noise that does not overpower the music. The VG record might have visual imperfections detectable under high powered light. Mainly, hairline scratches and scuffs The VG sleeve might have light wear, e.g. rubbing, bumped corners, creasing and edge wear. My grading results in approximately 70% VG grade. Good Plus (G+): A G+ record will play with surface noise in the blank bands of the record, e.g. lead in, in between tracks, and run out. There will be audible imperfections in the tracks that might distract from the music. Mainly, scratches that produce a tick. The G+ record will have imperfections detectable under normal light. The G+ sleeve will have many imperfections and look used. Only certain releases will be offered in G+ grade. Good (G): A G record will play with surface noise in the blank bands of the record, e.g. lead in, in between tracks, and run out. There will be audible imperfections in the tracks that might distract from the music. Mainly, scratches that produce a pop. The G record will have imperfections detectable under normal light. The G sleeve will have many imperfections and look used. Only certain releases will be offered in G grade. In general, I do not offer records below Good grade. Please view images for more details.
