Description: Wonderful Vases with matte matte brown backdrop for this Satsuma golden Dragon vase. It depicts a Geisha with her master in lavish dress and is decorated with gold and moriage. An embossed dragon slither across the top of the vase with the head jutting out. Marked bottom says "Made in Japan" which indicates that it was made after 1921 when Japanese imports were legally made to no longer be labeled Nippon. This piece would have been manufactured until 1929. 7 1/2" Tall. Approximately 4 1/2" Wide.
