Description: SEE ALL OF THE PICTURES This is an interesting lot of mostly JAPAN / JAPAN Offices in CHINA / JAPANESE revenue and revenue usage items that offers a very nice variety. There are (75) stamps in this lot which includes at least EIGHT DOCUMENTS with stamps affixed. There is also a nice variety of used 1870's revenue stamps and there are duplicates. It also appears that there are some regular issued stamps with interesting cancellations. There are obvious varieties noted on the revenue stamps as there is a "plate" variety notation with regards to several different values (10 s) (25 s). There are pencil markings on various stamps and documents. The documents are quite nice with interesting markings and at least (1) "mixed" franking. These items are in varying condition but in better condition than most fiscals seen and these are all offered as found. The centering and perforations are as pictured. These stamps all appear to be sound and most of the items on piece/document are sound copies. The documents on rice paper are also quite nice with obvious folds , markings and cancellations. These items vary in size. (see pictures) Any faults are certainly to be expected on revenue items and most all of these appear to date from the 1870's.
