We strive to produce Top Shelf Jow at a reasonable price.Seven Gates has maintained 100% positive feedback on Dit Da Jow since 2002 Varieties Currently Available: 1. Kuk Dan Black Hand - Is an advanced Iron Palm & Body jow that takes a broad spectrum approach in its recipe. Its component herbs have a wide variety of usages in both training, hardening and treating the potential injuries sustained during intense , advanced training protocol in the iron arts. It can thus be used on not just the hands but on other areas of the body that are subjected to extreme training. 2. Authentic Shaolin - Ying Da Li Tan Tieda Yao3. Chan Ning Tong - A contemporary Iron Palm recipe developed by Peter Chan. This vegetarian jow uses some ingredients that are rarely used in other jows thus giving it a distinct and unique nature. 4. Bak Fu Pai - A jow that is used as both an Iron Palm jow and general conditioning jow. Named after the powerful White Tiger system of southern Chinese Kung Fu, Bak Fu Pai, Iron Palm hardens the bones, reduces inflammation, reduces pain, revitalizes the tissues and sinews and conditions the hands and indeed other striking surfaces of the anatomy for striking. This jow also breaks up blood stasis and invigorates circulation for faster recovery due to hard training., re 5. Tie Ba Zhang - Known as the King of Iron Palm jows, dates back to the Qing Dynasty of China. Its classical formula consists of 35 herbal components that make it one of the largest component jow today. Considered to be the strongest all in one formulas available today. After being applied it energizes and moves Qi throughout the body which also promotes faster healing after intense training. It can heal injuries, make deep bruises disappear, strengthen and protect bones and connective tissues to make for a stronger, hardened yet supple anatomy. One of my personal favorites. 6. Golden Lotus - Iron Palm & Body, Dit da Jow is a well known and highly popular jow for Iron Palm and body and general conditioning. It has a unique balance between wind damp and blood invigorating herbs that give energy and sustainability to any training session. It also incorporates several tonic herbal components to restore health. 7. Southern Fist - Iron Body is a jow with powerful blood moving properties. It is often used in arm and shin conditioning and is used in styles that pride themselves in stone hard anatomy such as; Muay Thai, Moo Duk Kwan, Hakka and others. But it is not used to just harden those areas of the anatomy but for some it takes a whole body approach to harden the anatomy into a singular lethal weapon. 8. Fung Doe Duk - Sometimes known as Coconut Break Jow, is a rich mix of blood invigorators, wind damp herbs and tonic mixtures used to harden the anatomy to enable the practitioner to break a wide variety of medium in cluding clay bricks and tiles, cement and yes coconuts. Named after the legendary Fung Doe Duk this jow also trasfers those breaking skills into lethal martial application. 9. Cao Chong - Iron Palm Dit Da Jow is an entry level to intermediate jow for those that take the proper steps in protocol to get to the advanced levels. This very old recipe is simplistic in nature using a minimalist philosophy and approach. Many jows in this category have dozens of ingredients. Cao Chong has as little as six but each of these six have a specific purpose relative to the beginning stages of the practices in the iron arts. 10. White Dragon - Is an iron arts jow for entry level and intermediate practitioners. It opens and warms circulating channels and meridians allowing the newer students of the art to slowly advance and minimize the chances of injury while progressively hardening their anatomy to prepare it for advanced training.
