Iron Circle Domitar Dreadnought Conversion

Description: This Contemptor Dreadnought Conversion involves a kit-bash of several Forgeworld and Games Workshop kits. This model is based on an Iron Circle Domitar chasis, which integrates a variety of other kits, including the Contemptor, Deredeo Dreadnought, Venerable Dreadnought, and a Decimator. Component parts used with Iron Circle Domitar: This model involves the integration of FW Domitar chasis with a new plastic contemptor dreadnought, which has allowed for a wide expansion of conversion opportunities, including the integration of the central chasis of the Domitar (head and hull) with the upper hull and lower body of the Contemptor. Due to the size of the Domitar model, I used the bulkier leg components from the plastic Deredeo (notice right knee cap insignia) to blend in the contemptor dreadnought’s lower body and feet. The weapons loadout is completely variable, though I chose to use the iconic Contemptor power fist (left hand) along with a Decimator Butcher Cannon arm bayonet, combined with a Venerable Dreadnought assault cannon. By choosing the assault cannon, there was enough space for me to graft on the This newly updated iteration of the Domitar includes the original Iron Circle Shield grafted onto the right should by means a venerable box dreadnought power claw (which connected the inner components of the shield). This model is ready to go with minimal fuss. It has already been primed with Vallejo Gun Metal and is ready to be used in a Warhammer 40K or 30k game with just a few hazards stripes and some touch up work on the weapons and joints. The model carries the necessary weapons to be fielded as a standard Iron Warriors Iron Circle Domitar, or can alternately be fielded as a traitor Standard or Relic Contemptor or even as a Decimator Demon Engine.
