Description: The screen works but the system will not boot up. It will go into the Insignia Logo screen and the Insignia logo will pulse on and off slowly for several minutes but will not boot up. It will charge up but will discharge when not plugged in for a while. The charger port is a little wonky I had to have my charger cable just the right way to get it to charge since I didn't have the exact charging cable that came with this. That's all I can tell you. Since the screen works I do know that this unit has a lot of good working parts on it.
