A built-in dimmer lets the light output be adjusted from 100 to 10%, letting you reduce the intensity of the light as your get closer to your subject. A rear LCD provides a convenient digital readout of the light output level, as well as battery life status. Four leaf barn doors are included to cut down on spill. The side doors feature extensions panels to further cut down on light leakage. The light features slots for two Sony L-Series batteries, with two NP-F550 type batteries and a dual charger included. A 1/4"-20 threaded hole allows you to mount the light to your camera's accessory shoe via the included shoe mount adapter. When a larger light source is needed, you can stack multiple iLED312 lights together using an integrated interlocking rail system. A built-in filter gel and filter holder lets you easily adjust the color and quality of your light to suit your needs. CTO and diffusion filters come included. A soft carry case is also included for easily storing and carrying your light and accessories between shooting locations.DimmingThe 312 LEDs are dimmable from 100% output down to 10% using a control knob on the rear of the unit. Digital Display ScreenThe built-in rear LCD provides a digital readout of light output level percentage, as well as showing battery life status. Barn DoorsThe included four-sided removable barn doors help control light spill and provide directionality to your light. The side doors also feature extension panels to further prevent unwanted light leak from the edges. PowerThe light unit features two slots for being powered off Sony L-Series F550-type type batteries. The light can run on one or two batteries, or you can use the AC adapter that powers the included dual battery charger to power the light instead, via the small power connector on the back of the unit. Gel & Diffusion HolderAlthough you can attach diffusion gel to the barn doors, the iLED312-SB features an integrated slot for the adding gel or diffusion filters. A diffusion filter comes included, useful for softening the light output. Also included is a CTO filter for warming the daylight-balanced light. MountingThe light incorporates a 1/4"-20 threaded mounting hole in the bottom of the unit, and an interlocking rail system that allows you to stack up to three units vertically or horizontally, for a maximum of six lights.
