Description: Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE This darling little boy is a vintage Ideal “magic skin” baby doll, which was made in 1940, making him approximately 83 years old at the time of this writing. He measures 14” tall and is marked “Made in USA, Pat. No. 2252077” on the back of his neck. He has a composition swivel head, latex magic soft skin stuffed body that allows his head and jointed arms to move, molded painted auburn hair, big brown open and close sleep eyes with very sparse real eyelashes on his upper lids, a little button nose, a closed red painted mouth, and puffy rosy cheeks. His bottom is made to allow him to pose in a sitting position, but he is a little stiff and does not hold a sitting position. His latex body and composition are in fairly good condition. His fingers and toes are all in tact, but he does have a crack on his right ring finger and his right thumb, discoloration/darkening of his magic skin in places (which is normal for the magic skin dolls), faded paint on his lips and hair, and minor scuffs and rubs here and there on his face, which were repainted to stabilize him. Also, his eyelids stick at times. He comes wearing a replacement pair of white knit footie pajamas with a blue/pink rose print, white buttoned undershirt, and white little body underwear to complete his outfit. Although they are not original, the outfit does seem to suit him. Sold as is; no refunds; no returns. Rocker not included.
