These are extruded aluminum and come with the twist locking clips not installed. You will need to rivet twist locking clips if you choose to use them. All of the holes are machined to attach the clips. This part was mass produced, but they were never assembled or painted. These are very easy to assemble with a pop rivet gun. Please double check part number/cross reference (if applicable) to make sure it fits your application!
