Description: I have here a damaged pacific powder measure looks as if someone tried to back out the meter screw with pliers and the adjustment won't hold as you try and dispense powder. The screw does turn in and out . Hoping someone can use this for parts or rebuild . What you see is what you get no shell funnel or bracket included .
