These spindles use the 89 style 250R hub and YFZ450R/400EX calipers T-PIN Spindles for Laeger's Pro-Trax A-Arms. All machined parts are 100% made in the USA. These spindles use the 89 TRX250R, 06+ TRX450R & TRX400EX style hub and 86-89 Honda TRX250R brake calipers. The main housings, clevis blocks and monoball spacers are billet Aluminum, no castings of any type are used in these parts. The housings have a stiffening rib incorporated into the caliper mount. This made machining and fixturing somewhat challenging, but I feel it was well worth the effort. Clevises are heat treated steel that get Zinc/gold plating. The bushing diameter is hard chrome plated and then ground to size. Clevis bushings are Aluminum bronze. This material is far superior in toughness and wear resistance than whatever the original Laeger's spindles used. The mono-ball holders are heat treated steel that get Zinc/gold plating and then finish ground on the bearing diameters. Axles are heat treated steel and then finished ground. Seal wear ring located at the base of the axle is nitrided steel and approx 50-55Rc. The originals are "soft" and get chewed up by the seals very easily. That won't happen to these. The bearings are all IKO (Japanese). I do not use any Chinese bearings or seals in these spindles. There is close to $400 in bearings alone in each pair. There is also over 30 unique machined parts in each pair, I couldn't believe it when I started counting lol. Any questions feel free to message me.
