This will fit your Honda Hornet 600cc around 2002 if you have a 22mm thread on your petrol tank. This is a brand new, excellent quality reproduced vacuum operated fuel tap. NOTE... THE ORIGINAL OEM TAP HAS THE OUTLETS ON THE BOTTOM OF THE TAP. THIS IS DIFFERENT. You will need to reroute your pipes. We recommend fitting new E5 and E10 ethanol resistant fuel pipe to your bike and we sell excellent quality heavy wall thickness petrol pipe to suit this tap. See our other listings. Faster if you select the 1st class postage option. The casting of our taps is superb and they are all checked for smooth operation before dispatch. Please take a good look at the pictures of our taps and see if you can find better castings elsewhere! Don't mess about trying to reseal your old original vacuum fuel tap. I've tried all that and it just doesn't last. They generally leak or just don't pass fuel or just flow continuously which can lead to the carbs flooding and your engine filling up with fuel. OK so this tap not original Honda but it is a very good replacement for the now discontinued Honda tap. These taps are as good as you are going to buy, I've searched high and low for a long time for taps for these bikes that are just right and these are the best! We check each tap before dispatch for any casting errors To date, we have had no returns or issues with my supplier and manufacturer. Technical specifications: These taps are very well made with very good casting material and tolerances, they are not made from 'monkey metal' like lots of other cheap taps are. I've bought them!... and binned them! This will be a direct fit on your bike. Connection to fuel line: 8mm internal diameter fuel pipe. Main thread size is 22mm x 1.0 mm. Our taps are supplied with a seal and have an internal syphon pipe which is also a filter. I wouldn't recommend removing this tap once it's fitted and sealed so I would recommend that you fit an inline filter too. Please compare yours with my pictures before purchase so that you fully understand what you are buying and will need to do to fit this tap to your bike.
