It requires 50 amps to run both air conditioning units. I bought the extended run fuel tank for the dual purpose of carrying extra fuel and if we need extended run time due to the current draw. I also purchased all the maintenance parts as we would be on the road. If you plan to use this on an RV, it includes a custom cable for two 25 amp, 125V circuits to an RV plug.
