Item must be returned in the condition in which it was shipped. No exceptions Breakage that occurs due to the inattentive care of shipping agents in not my fault and is not grounds for a return. It is also not a reason to claim the item is not described. I will gladly work with you if an item is broken. I wrap all my shipments carefully as my feedbacks attest so breakage should be very rare and is not expected. Return shipping cost is your responsibility.
